I offer doula services for families in and around Zürich.
What can you expect from me as your doula?
As your doula, I help create a protective bubble around your birth experience.
Imagine a space of warmth and trust, where you feel safe, supported, and undisturbed.
I’m here to support you — or you and your partner — with a calm, steady presence as you prepare to welcome your baby. My approach is intuitive, caring, and grounded in deep respect for your dignity and your personal birth journey. I bring openness and cultural sensitivity, honoring your unique background and values.
Before birth, we take time to build trust. These moments matter – they allow us to connect, explore what is important to you (and your partner), and create a shared understanding of the support you need.
When labour begins, I’m there — a quiet, reassuring presence by your side. Whether you need practical guidance, encouragement, or someone simply to hold space, I’ll be with you throughout.

What is a Doula? What are the benefits?
A doula is a trained professional who provides physical, emotional, and informational support to a woman and her partner before, during, and after childbirth. A doula’s role focuses on offering personalized, continuous care and comfort, honoring the mother’s individual wishes as much as possible. Doulas support the woman and their partner through relaxation techniques, emotional encouragement and just by being there.
Studies have shown that continuous support from a doula leads to improved outcomes such as increased satisfaction with the birth process and reduced anxiety and stress for both the woman and their partner. Doulas play a vital role in helping families feel empowered, respected, and supported during their birthing journey.
My Doula Package includes
Complimentary First Consultation (30 min.)
- Opportunity for us to get to know each other
- Discuss whether we would like to work together
During Pregnancy
- Two prenatal consultations (1,5 hrs. each) including
- Identification of your priorities for birth and the support you desire
- Discussion and demonstration of support techniques during labor
- Addressing concerns and providing referrals if necessary
- On-call availability
- Available two weeks prior to your due date until two weeks after
During Labor
- Continuous presence throughout labor
- Physical and emotional support for you and your partner
After Birth
- One short postpartum visit at your home
- One post-birth consultation to reflect on your experience (1 hr.)
